We are always here to help! All questions sent to us via Email or Messenger will be answered in the order received.

Our goal is to provide answers promptly so all inquiries will receive a response in 12 hours or less.

How long does it take for an order to process?

Once you have paid and the order is fulfilled, most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship out the same day. But in the event of high volume orders, the order will ship out the following business day.

We generally ship between Monday through Friday.

Although we sometimes ship orders on Saturday, ​it is not guaranteed that USPS will always pick up packages on the weekend.​

We, therefore, cannot inform customers for Saturdays as an absolute shipping date.

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY SHIPPING?

If you place an order before 2 pm EST the hair will be shipped the same day, and you will receive a tracking number update through email shortly after. However, in the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day (Mon.-Fri.)

When will I receive tracking Information?

In most cases, orders will ship the same day if placed before 2:00 p.m. In a case where we have a high volume of orders, the order will ship within 24 hours.  All orders will be assigned a tracking number once processed and will be automatically emailed to you once the item is packaged to be shipped out.

What’s the size of the wig caps?

Our wig caps are 22.5cm in circumference. They are considered to be a medium-sized cap.
Our front lace wigs are 13 x 4. (13″ across (ear to ear) and 4 inches back (parting space), best if you wear your hair down.
Full lace wigs are great if you want to wear your hair up in a ponytail.

What are the hair quality options offered? What is the grade of the hair?

All of the hair we sell is 100% HUMAN HAIR. 
  • The Malaysian hair is 7A and can be colored up to a #27. Steamed w/ Bamboo to keep texture & reduce nits (6 months-year).

  • The Brazilian hair is 8A and can be colored up to a #613/Russian Blonde. Steamed w/ Bamboo to keep texture & reduce nits (over a year).

  • The Vietnamese hair is 100% RAW virgin hair, and can be colored to infinity! Not processed  (2-2.5 years)

  • The Indian hair is 100% RAW Virgin hair and can be colored to a #613/Russian Blonde. Not processed (2-2.5 years)
    • Wavy

    • Body Wave ( This is not RAW it is processed)
  • The hair has double-stitched wefts to reduce the chances of shedding. The hair is “Remy” which means that all the cuticles are in the same direction. This reduces the tangling and matting that can occur with hair extensions.

How many Tape-ins/I-tips/U-tips/Micro-beads are needed?

We sell our specialty fusion hairs by packs which are measured by the gram. Below we will explain how many grams it takes to achieve your desired look!

Micro-Beads, I-tips, U-tips, Flat tips

1 pack is equivalent to 25 grams

Thin Hair: 5 packs (125 grams)
Medium Hair: 8 packs (200 grams)
Thick Hair: 12 packs (300 grams)

Tape-ins

Tape-in extensions are packaged by the grams in the increments of 50, 100, and 150 grams.

50 Grams: 10 sandwiches/20 pieces

We recommend purchasing at least 150 grams for a full head.

What are the shipping costs?

Our standard/priority shipping is $8.99 which takes 2-3 business days. Our express shipping is $24.99 and it takes 1-2 business days.

If you place an order before 2 pm EST the hair will be shipped the same day and you will receive a tracking number update through email shortly after.

But in the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day (Mon.-Fri.)

*** Please keep in mind that express shipping does not speed up the processing time on your order.***

What is the return and exchange policy?

If the customer has already received the product and would like a refund, they would need to return the product back to us within 30 days of its original shipment date. The hair must be in its original condition and it cannot have been worn or opened. You can follow our return policy with the information below:

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase (30 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer.

Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.

Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange for something else? No problem! Just send it back to us!

The returned items must follow our return policy guidelines. All returns have to be refunded. We currently do not exchange orders.
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED YOU CANNOT MAKE ANY EDITS OR CHANGES TO THE ORDER. WE WILL NEED TO ISSUE YOU A FULL REFUND.

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final.

What is acceptable hair to return?

Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.

Online orders must be refunded to their original form of payment or online credit only.

Will you refund my shipping charges?

If your return is accepted, we will refund the full subtotal on your order.

We do not cover return shipping costs.
